Toile Tableware from Creative Tops

Toile Tableware from Creative Tops with illustrations from the V&A archives

Fancy giving your tea party a bit of Victorian bling? This tableware collection has been designed using illustrations taken from the archives of the Victoria and Albert Museum.

The Toile tea party set from Creative Tops is designed so individual pieces can be mixed and matched together, which is perfect if you’re like me and always breaking something.

The elegantly shaped tea cups and scalloped edged saucers with matching tea plates feature illustrations adapted from a 19th century printed textile book held at the V&A. The patterns have been enhanced and in some cases oversized or repeated, creating a unique tea set.

Now there’s no excuse not to invite friends over for tea.
